By using digitalJungleTours services, including Agent App, users agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and only for legitimate business and property-related operations.
Agent App Services
Agent App provides property marketing, enquiry handling, branding, workflow, and business management tools. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish or submit through the platform.
Compliance Responsibility
Agent App provides software and marketing infrastructure. Agencies, agents, principals, and property practitioners remain responsible for compliance with applicable legislation, industry regulations, disclosure requirements, advertising standards, and professional obligations governing their business activities.
This may include responsibilities under the Property Practitioners Act, Consumer Protection Act, POPIA, FICA where applicable, advertising standards, and property disclosure obligations.
Verification and FFC Requirements
Agent App may request identity, business, FFC, FICA, or other verification information for onboarding, platform security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or business verification. Property practitioners may be required to provide a valid 15-digit Fidelity Fund Certificate number before practitioner onboarding can be completed. Agency setup can begin before individual practitioner profiles are complete.
Access and Updates
Platform access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, misuse, non-payment, unlawful activity, or activity that affects platform stability or other users.
digitalJungleTours may update services and policies from time to time to improve platform reliability, compliance, and user experience.
