Refund Review
Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the service, billing status, and whether the subscription or service period has already been used.
Subscriptions and Consumer Rights
Subscription fees already used within an active billing period may not be refundable. If a billing error occurs, users should contact support as soon as possible for review. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit consumer rights that may apply under South African law.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the available payment provider or another suitable method where applicable.
