Agent App provides software and marketing infrastructure for property professionals. Agencies, agents, principals, and property practitioners remain responsible for ensuring that listings, marketing materials, representations, disclosures, and business activities comply with applicable legislation, industry regulations, advertising standards, and professional obligations.
Agent App may request identity, business, FFC, FICA, or other verification information where required for regulatory compliance, platform security, fraud prevention, onboarding, or business verification.
Property practitioners may be required to provide a valid 15-digit Fidelity Fund Certificate number before practitioner onboarding can be completed. Agency setup can begin before individual practitioner profiles are complete.
